Memory Lane is a revolutionary dementia care community that is radically changing the way care is provided and staff are treated. We are a passionate team that cares for seniors across three closely located, 6-bedroom homes in Ypsilanti. Our staff members provide quality and loving care, engage residents in daily activities, and create a true family atmosphere within the home.
One of the most important aspects of our care philosophy is our staffing ratios. We maintain 1 caregiver per 3 residents during the day, and 1 per 6 at night. That allows our residents to receive the attention they deserve—while giving caregivers time to create relationships and space to take care of their own needs.

We carefully screen our applicants to find the right fit for our residents and team. This process includes the following steps:
- Submit a resume via email or using the form below
- Pass a background check
- Produce a negative drug test (does not include marijuana screening)
- Must have the COVID-19 Vaccine (required for all employees)
- Work reference check (for students with limited work experience, this can include coaches, teachers, professors, volunteer opportunities, etc.)
- Caregiver personality screening (to see if we are a good match for you)
