Who Is Memory Lane?

Memory Lane is revolutionary dementia care company that is radically changing the way care is provided and staff are treated. We are a passionate team using three closely located homes in Ypsilanti that contain 6 bedrooms each. Our staff provides quality and loving care, engage residents in daily activities while maintaining a family atmosphere with eating meals together.

One of the most important aspects of our care philosophy, is our staffing ratios. We always maintain 1 staff per 3 residents. That allows our residents to receive the attention and care they deserve while giving our caregivers time to create relationships with our residents and not feel rushed.

Do you want to change lives, be appreciated, have your voice heard while have fun doing care giving for our special residents? Then Memory Lane is the place for you!

Why Memory Lane? Let's Start with the Basics.

We are not just hiring; we are recruiting for revolution. Working to solve what causes the turnover problem in senior living. Issues like low pay, lack of respect from leaders, and poor culture.
